Convenient parking for check-in and overnight. Very comfortable bedding. Nice decor, lots of plugs @ desk. Heat fan was not too loud.

I expected a continental breakfast at this level of hotel.

Easy access to lobby for check-in via automatic doors. Rooms are very comfortable.

Fitness room was poor. Had only two 1970s vintage treadmills, one stair climber, & one upright cycle all in satisfactory working order.

Excellent except for poorly equipped fitness room.

Interior needs spruce to appear cleaner and newer.

Excellent location near best restaurant in Augusta, Maine The Olive Garden and the price for the hotel was reasonable.Hotel needs a spruce up to appear cleaner inside and as usual the person at the front desk of any business is the most important! A warm, friendly , helpful person more than off sets price and cleanliness. A cold distant crank will offend any out of towner and any modern business will gain points with a human being on the telephone or a happy helpful person at the front desk! As a practicing dentist for over 30 years I know how important a front desk person and patient care are to the success of any practice or business. The room was spacious, had a fridge and the bed was wonderful.

Way too Noisy.

This is a really nice Holiday Inn. The only problem was screaming and running children in the hallway. The management couldn't seem to control them. Since I was traveling for business and had to get up early I was not happy with the situation. ...read more
